This Rono has a 2-piece semihollow alder body and a curly maple neck with a 2-way truss rod. The fretboard, headplate and tailpiece are Bolivian rosewood. Bound curly maple top. Mandobucker pickups (most likely by Bill Lawrence), volume and tone controls, and a 3-way selector switch. Adjustable Tun-O-Matic bridge, strings through the body. American-made chrome metal controls and switch, Gotoh 16:1 tuners. Pearl dots on the fretboard and medium-size guitar frets. 18.5" scale length.
