Radim is a member of the Besedický Blues Band in the Czech Republic. His instrument has an interesting history: Originally an 8-string, it was assembled from a kit and given a custom neck by U.S. luthier Ralph Novak for Radim Zenkl, who sold it to Duda in the early 1990s. Duda had it converted to a 5-string and refinished.
