That's a young B.B. King with the ManVer doubleneck. It was custom built by Lyn Vernon and Sid Manker in Memphis in the 1950s. The builders combined their surnames to create the brand name. The 10-string neck does appear to have paired string courses and might have been tuned in fifths for all I know. That's mandophonic enough for me.
