Peavey
This Peavey "T-Jr." is not a production instrument, or even a prototype. It began life as a short-scale guitar and was gradually converted by a succession of craftsmen into a mandolin, at the behest of its former owner, Jim Nollman, an artist, musician, and researcher who specializes in something called "interspecies communication." Yes, Virginia, this is probably the only existing electric mandolin that has been used to converse with dolphins. When last seen it was in the possession of someone in Texas who was trying to sell it on eBay.
I am not making this up. I couldn't if I tried.
